What a waste. I bought the $14 laserwash and my white car has purple streaks dried all over it, that won't come off. The purple soap was not rinsed off well at all, and then the wax and dryer baked it onto the car. The wash also did not remove simple bird poop from my front windshield. Horrible experience. I've tried calling, but no answer and no answering service set up. Save your time and money and go elsewhere.

Stained my car's white paint blue after using the conditioner foam and didn't clean the grease marks. Car looks exactly the same as when I brought it in (plus blue stains!) At the very least my car is old and I don't care so much about the paint; but if this were a newer vehicle I would have been livid. Waste of time and money.

Bought the top wash in the auto wash and it was just as dirty afterwards. You can see on the hood as I was trying to dry it, there was residue all over and it looked the same as when I took it there.
